The SBU exposed on a bribe the assistant to the judge in the Odessa region

KIEV. 9 Feb. UNN. Employees of the security Service of Ukraine together with the prosecutors exposed on a bribe the assistant to the judge of one of the districts of Odessa region. On this network Facebook announced the press service of the SBU, reports UNN.

Militiamen documented that the officer has organized a mechanism for systematic extortion and receiving bribes from local residents. For a “reward” attacker artificially delayed the adoption of decisions on administrative offences before the expiry of the limitation period.

Security officers have detained the assistant judge at the workplace when receiving a bribe in the amount of nineteen thousand hryvnia.

Open criminal proceedings under part 3 St. 368 Criminal code of Ukraine. To the detainee it is declared suspicion in the Commission of a crime, the question on election to it measures of restraint. During a pretrial investigation checks possible involvement in the transaction of one of the judges of the district. Investigations are continuing.
