The Cabinet of Ministers has two months to prepare and approve the procedure of registration of foreigners, stateless persons and their passport documents at checkpoints across the state border, as well as the procedure for maintaining the register. This is stated in the decision of the Council. The decree about introduction in action President Petro Poroshenko signed on March 21.
The conditions of entry to Ukraine for citizens of Russia will be tightened. Provides for the establishment of a mechanism for preliminary validation of the grounds for entry. Citizens from the list of migration risk countries will have in advance through electronic channels to inform the Ukrainian authorities about the intention to make the trip.
In two weeks, the Cabinet must approve the procedure for filling and use of the immigration card. Changes must be made to the code of administrative offences will be strengthened responsibility for violation of employment, admission to education, housing, registration of foreigners and persons without citizenship and registration documents for them and also for the violation of foreigners and persons without citizenship rules of stay in Ukraine.
