The Russian foreign Ministry did not rule out the return of Russian officers on Donbass

Uncategorized December 27, 2017

KIEV. 26 Dec. UNN. Russian officers could theoretically go back to the Joint center for control and coordination of the ceasefire regime in the Donbas. This opinion was expressed by Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Grigory Karasin in an interview to “Kommersant”, reports UNN.

“In our lives, nothing is impossible, but you need to change the position of Kiev, to make the conditions was guaranteed and not dependent on the will of the Ukrainian policy. It should be an approved code of international relations to our officers. I think it’s theoretically possible,” – said Karasin.

We will remind, the Polish foreign Ministry has urged Russia to immediately return to their representatives in the composition of the SCCC.

As reported UNN, the Russian party withdrew its representatives from JCCC on December 19.
