Baltic Pipe will be able to be transported to Poland 10 million cubic meters of natural gas annually. It is expected that construction work will begin in April 2020. The pipeline construction will last about two years. Commissioning of the pipeline is scheduled for October 2022.

As reported UNN, Ukraine is negotiating with Germany and creates a group in the European Union, which should stop the Russian gas pipeline project “Nord stream-2”, in which the gas to be supplied from Russia to Germany bypassing Ukraine.

We will remind, “Naftogaz” reported that the implementation of the “Nord stream-2” will lead to irreversible consequences and destroy competition in the European gas market.
