ODESSA-KIEV. July 30. UNN. 43-the summer inhabitant of Vinnytsia region during an argument struck his opponent injuries from which the latter died on the spot. About it reported in a press-service of GUNP in Odessa region, reports UNN.
The police received the message that in the village of Zatoka, near one of the lodges, is a man without life signs.
Arriving at the scene, police found the victim’s identity. It was them 34-the summer inhabitant of the Dnepropetrovsk area. It is established that on the eve between the deceased and another holidaymakers near entertainment venues was a conflict. During the altercation, the 43-year-old man struck several blows to the victim, from which the latter fell to the ground and lost consciousness. Then the offender got into the car and left the scene.
The workers ambulance arrived at the scene, verified death of the victim. After a few hours, the police established the location of the suspect and detained him. The man was just about to return from holiday home.

“On the given fact initiated criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 121 (deliberate heavy injury) criminal code of Ukraine. The sanction of article prescribes punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term of seven to ten years,” – noted in police.
