In an interview with Norwegian newspaper Expressen, he complained that athletes from Scandinavia are subject to less strict requirements, since they are “born with skis on their feet”. At the same time, the success of their rivals from other countries raise a lot more questions and suspicions. However, in his opinion, it’s not as simple as it seems at first glance.

Recall that in October 2016 in the body Johaug was discovered anabolic steroid. According to the athlete, the prohibited substance got into her body by accident, using lip balm.
