The Prosecutor’s office of Odessa declared the suspect to two more participants of the events of may 2

ODESSA-KIEV. April 10. UNN. In the case of the so-called “may 2” it is declared suspicion to two more participants of mass riots in Odessa on 2 may 2014. About that today at the briefing said the Prosecutor of Odessa region Oleg Zhuchenko, the correspondent of UNN.

According to him, they were in absentia declared suspicion in s. 294 of the criminal code (Mass riots). One of the suspects, according to prosecutors, is in occupied territory and is actively involved in the fighting on the side of the terrorists so-called “DNR”. The second suspect is hiding on the territory of Russia.

We will remind, earlier Prosecutor’s office detained one more active participant in the events on 2 may. It elected a measure of restraint in form of detention.

Earlier it was reported that the accused on may 2 left in jail .
