The Prosecutor in the case Ilovaisk tragedy found all of the Russian commanders of the tactical groups.

KIEV. 15 Nov. UNN. The military Prosecutor’s office in the case of the Ilovaisk tragedy set all the commanders of company-tactical groups of armed forces that entered the territory of Ukraine. This was said on the air “112 Ukraine” Deputy Prosecutor General — Chief military Prosecutor Anatoly Matios, reports UNN.

“We have already reached the announcement of suspicion to the commanders of company-tactical groups of Russians who came and made the corridor, pulled a day and a half, saying: “we will release you a free corridor”. We have all these people,” — said the Chief military Prosecutor.

“The only reason for the Ilovaisk tragedy, the causal relationship is one — if there was a direct invasion of a contingent of military forces of armed forces of almost 15 thousand people, this tragedy would not have happened. Military violations, which would have the consequence of death, our command of examination, which is conducted more than 30 specialists not installed”, — he stressed.

A. Matios assured that the leadership of the ATO, which was responsible for the Ilovaisk operation, fixed statutory violations or of standards of warfare.

As reported UNN, Ukraine sent to the court in the Hague 4.6 thousand materials for the Ilovaysk tragedy.
