The President proposed to replace the Ukrainian Cyrillic alphabet to the Latin alphabet

KIEV. 15 Dec. UNN. On the official website of the presidential administration of Ukraine has registered a petition for the full transition of the Ukrainian language from Cyrillic to the Latin alphabet, reports UNN.

“It (the transition to the Latin alphabet – ed.) really affect the development of the Ukrainian language in the world as it will be easier to perceive and study the aliens, not to mention the advantages in the sphere of information technologies”, – said the initiator of the petition Andrew Cherniavsky.
