The police of the Odessa region opened three proceedings against the pensioner, who took hostage his family

ODESSA-KIEV. 2 Dec. UNN. Law enforcement officers of Odessa region opened criminal proceedings under three articles concerning the man who held hostage his wife and daughter. About it the correspondent of UNN reported in the Department of communications of GUNP in Odessa region.

“On this fact opened criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 15 (attempted crime) and part 2 St. 115 (premeditated murder) and article 342 (resistance to representative of authority, law enforcement bodies, state Executive, private artist, member of public formation on protection of a public order and state border or a serviceman, the authorized person of Fund of guaranteeing deposits of natural persons) of the Criminal code of Ukraine”, – stated in the message.

We will remind, incident has occurred the day before. In a sudden conflict on the basis of property divisions, 73-year-old man, being drunk, kicked out of the house into the yard his daughter and made her way three shots from a hunting rifle.

After that the pensioner closed in the house with his wife and second daughter. On requirements of police officers to liberate women and give the attacker refused, threatening to burn the house down. It was decided to take the house by storm. In the course of the RAID, the criminal was detained.
