The police identified the gunmen in Kharkov

KIEV. 26 Oct. UNN. Information about what high-rise buildings on the street unknown persons shots at passers-by and houses entered the Kiev police Department at 12:20. At the same time, the results of monitoring of the Internet was discovered video footage in which young people shoot from the gun. About it reported in Department of communications of the police in Kharkiv region, reports UNN.

At the specified address the law enforcement officers conducted door to door home and set the apartment where the shots were fired. In the apartment there was four men, all citizens of Ukraine. They were taken to the police station for further investigation.

“Investigators seized evidence. Open criminal proceedings under part 4 of article 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. The sanction of article prescribes punishment in the form of imprisonment for the term from three till seven years” – said in a statement to the police.
