The patrol police of Ternopil was headed by the former head of Odessa police

The new head of the patrol police of Ternopil was Mikhail Biletsky, who previously (end of 2015) worked in a similar position in Odessa. This was reported by the press service of the National police of Ukraine.
“Today, September 5, the staff of the Department of the patrol police of Ternopil introduced the new head is a 32-year-old Mikhail Biletsky. Until that time, he was the head of the patrol police of Odessa. In the past – the fighter of special purpose company “Svityaz”, – stated in the message.
The report notes that having a huge experience in management in a large city, Biletsky will introduce new methods and approaches in Ternopil.
Biletsky said that the main priority in his work will be to reduce crime and increase the level of safety of citizens “that the offender was afraid to go outside”.
