The official RGA Odessa region exposed in bribery

KIEV. July 17. UNN. Odessa law enforcement authorities exposed a bribe of $ 3,000 head of Ovidiopol district state administration. About it UNN reported in a press-service of Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region.

Monday, July 17, investigators detained “on hot” during obtaining illegal benefit of head of Ovidiopol district state administration.

The official of district administration was accused of receiving from the Director of the company the second tranche of a bribe in $ 2,000 for the preparation and approval of permits for the allocation of 0.5 ha of land for the location of the petrol station.

According to investigators, on Saturday, July 15, head of structural unit received the first part of the illegal funds in the amount of $ 1,000.

Pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings under part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine (obtaining undue advantage, combined with extortion) is carried out by investigators of Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region.
