The verdict stated that as a result of sabotage was destroyed by the sleepers and rails as well as was destroyed the locomotive, thus creating a threat to the life and health of the personnel of the trains and employees of the railcar depot. The saboteur managed to escape from the crime scene, but he was soon arrested and taken into custody.
