The Kiev district court of Odessa passed the case on mass riots on may 2, 2014 in the Appellate court of Odessa region to change jurisdiction. This writes UNIAN.

The court stated that it is physically impossible to provide the consideration of the materials produced in connection with an acute shortage of judges with the appropriate criminal skills. “So we can’t form a Collegium of three and asked to transfer the case to another regional court,” – said in Kyiv district court.
