In the video you can see the plane at low altitude passes in the vicinity of the person who was filming the flight, and then sharply upwards, losing speed and the result falls into the river.
As reported UNN, and the Republic of Khakassia (Russian Federation) light aircraft crashed, killing two people.
On this fact the Investigative Committee of the interior Ministry opened a criminal case on violation of safety rules of movement and operation of air transport.
