ODESSA-KIEV. May 16. UNN. Charged with premeditated murder of the employee of OWEN partially admitted his guilt. About it the correspondent of UNN reported the press service of the Malinovsky district court of Odessa.
Today during the trial the Prosecutor announced the indictment, and was established the order of presentation of evidence. Also, the defendant partially admitted his guilt, not agreeing with the motives of the crime. At the hearing, defendant filed a motion to change the measure of security. The court, having considered the petition, denied its satisfaction.
We will note, criminal proceedings on charges of committing premeditated murder of the employee of the Odessa penal institutions considered collectively: consisting of two professional judges and three jurors. The next hearing is scheduled for June 1, 2018.
Recall that the defendant in August 2017 killed the employee of the Odessa prison, then dismembered the body and threw it in the trash.
