The Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine has instructed its Consulate General to clarify the circumstances of arrest and conditions of detention of Ukrainian Roman Ternovsky, which the Russian side accuses of involvement in the Right sector.
This was stated by the official representative of the Department of consular service Ministry of foreign Affairs Vasily Kirilich, reports Radio Liberty.
“Instructed to immediately contact the competent authorities of the Russian Federation with the requirement to provide information about the circumstances of the detention and place of detention of the specified citizen of Ukraine”, – he said.
Interestingly, the press Secretary of the Right sector Artem Skoropadsky said that Ternovskii was not a member of the party Right sector.
In addition, according to him, a year members of the organization had any links with him.
Skoropadsky also added that he did not know how Ternovskiy ended up in Russia.
