The Ukrainian side in Minsk gave the OSCE information about 13 of citizens, which the militants ORDO in recent years included in the lists for exchange, but then for unknown reasons, their names disappeared from the lists of those who acknowledge and hold. There is reason to fear that some hostages could be tortured in the prisons of the occupied territories, wrote the first Vice-speaker of the Parliament, authorized President of Ukraine on peaceful settlement of the conflict in the Donbass Irina Gerashchenko on the page in Facebоok, reports UNN.
“The Ukrainian side raised another question: we have every reason to fear that some of our hostages could be tortured in the prisons of the occupied territories. We have provided the OSCE information about 13 citizens, which ORDO during these years included in the lists for exchange, but then for unknown reasons, their names disappeared from the lists of those who acknowledge and hold”, – wrote Gerashchenko.
She also noted that Ukraine is in the pipeline requires the full information on the fate of these people.
