The man who raised marijuana, two years hiding from the court

KIEV. April 26. UNN. Police have arrested a man who grew and sold marijuana, and in order to avoid responsibility for the offense, two years hiding from the court. Reports a press about it-service of Prosecutor’s office of Vinnytsia region, reports UNN.

“A person involved in the Commission of a criminal offence within 2 years hiding from the court to avoid punishment. Only 23.04.2019 the offender is arrested in the city of Druzhkovka of Donetsk region”, – stated in the message.

It is noted that the accused used a measure of restraint in form of detention. Now, the trial continues. The attacker is accused of criminal offenses under part 2 St. 307 (Illegal production, production, acquisition, storage, transportation, shipment or sales of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues), part 2 of article 310 (crops or cultivation of somnolent poppy or hemp), part 4 of article 358 UK of Ukraine, upon the cultivation and sale of dangerous narcotic drugs – cannabis, and the use of forged documents.
