KIEV. August 20. UNN. Primorsky district court of Odessa was taken under round-the-clock house arrest the man who poured acid on 12-year-old boy. About it reports a press-the centre of judicial power of Ukraine, reports UNN.
“The results of a full and comprehensive trial, the investigating judge made the decision on the application against the specified persons of a preventive measure in the form of a round-the-clock house arrest. For Commission of the specified crimes the law prescribed punishment in the form of imprisonment for the term from three till seven years”, — stated in the message.
Pre-trial investigation established that the man in a condition of alcoholic intoxication, intentionally, standing on the balcony of his apartment, began to be expressed by obscene abuse and threats of violence towards young children, and sprayed an unknown substance on the twelve year old boy, what has caused him injuries.
We will remind, in Odessa police detained a man who doused a 12-year-old boy with acid.
