ODESSA-KIEV. On 2 April. UNN. Criminal proceedings opened on the fact of injury in Odessa of a man with an abandoned building, a weight was lifted the day before, April 1. About it the correspondent of UNN was reported by adviser to the chief of the National police in Odessa region Ruslan Forostyak.
“In fact the incident in which a passerby citizen was injured by the collapse of part of the façade facing an abandoned building in the center of Odessa, opened the proceedings on the grounds of an offense under article 275 of the Criminal code of Ukraine”, – stated in the message of the police.
As reported UNN, April 1 a man who was passing by the house Rusova, fell a fragment of the facade of the house. Now the victim with cranial-a brain trauma is in a city hospital.
