After the court decision on cancellation of arrest of property of the Kiev CEC “the Park” has changed its owner. The new investors plan creation of the Ukrainian cultural hub of the European level under the management of international companies.
The businessman and the Deputy of Maxim Efimov declared that close to it structure invested in Parkovy center with the goal of creating a cultural hub of the European level. For the management of the complex will be attracted by an international company.
Maxim Efimov States that did not hide the interest to this object and studied its investment attractiveness. “I believe that “Park” could claim the status of a national cultural hub of the European level. That’s my goal. I am sure that with proper management of the Park may become the largest platform for the most important economic and cultural events that bring significant tax revenues to the capital budget and work on the image of Ukraine”, – said Maxim Efimov. Now he plans to transfer the management of a complex international company.
