The interior Ministry did not see the threat of destabilization of the situation in Odessa on may 2

The Ministry of internal Affairs does not see threats in Odessa on may 2 and promise, if necessary by force to stop attempts to destabilize the situation. About it today in comments to journalists said the Minister of internal Affairs Arsen Avakov, the correspondent LIGA.net.

“We see no threat in Odessa, we do not see threats in Kiev and any other city of Ukraine. But we see a sufficient number of fools from the Russian Federation who believe that they will be able to destabilize the situation. We do not allow – and force, if necessary, and as a preventive measure”, – he said.

May 2, 2014 in Odessa, during the riots killed 48 people, 247 suffered. Clashes in the centre of the city was towards evening between participants of Pro-Ukrainian rally, the fans of FC “Chernomorets” and “Metalist” on the one hand, and supporters of the Pro-Maidan.

Several participants Pro-Ukrainian rally were killed by the bullets of supporters of antimiani. Later a few dozen people died from suffocation or injuries due to a fire in Odessa House of trade unions where took refuge the Pro-Russian demonstrators.
