The Institute of naramata Poland handed over the building of the former NKVD torture

KIEV. 13 Dec. UNN. The Institute of National remembrance of Poland was given to the building of the remand prison of the NKVD in Warsaw. This is with reference to the press service of the Institute informs the Polish radio, reports UNN.

In particular, it is reported that the building was home to the second largest post-war torture of the repressive apparatus in the capital. There were, in particular, the warriors of the underground who fought for the independence of Poland.

The room will be transformed into the educational center of the Institute of national memory.

The press service of the Institute reports that on the walls and transoms torture inscriptions scrawled by victims of the Communist regime. This testifies to the exceptional historical value of the house. It is noted that the Institute of national memory for decades tried to obtain this object and to create an educational institution.

We will remind, according to media reports, the head of the Institute of national remembrance of Ukraine Vladimir Vyatrovich Polish authorities denied the right of entry on the territory of Poland.
