The fire in the camp of Odessa: the court refused to arrest the Vice mayor

The appellate court of Odessa region refused to satisfy the complaint of the Prosecutor’s office the decision of seaside court of 10 October, released under the personal obligation of the Vice-mayor Zinaida, Tsvirinko. About it reports the local edition of the Duma.

Tsvirinko, is suspected of negligence that caused the death of children in the camp Victoria.

The Prosecutor’s office demanded to change the measure of restraint to house arrest – in connection with the case of a fire in camp has got the big public resonance and Tsvirinko may influence witnesses in an attempt to avoid criminal punishment.

On 2 November it was reportedthat in the case of the fire at the Odessa children’s camp will hold an investigative experiment, which will recreate the events just before the accident. During a fire at the camp killed three children.
