The explosives in the premises of Odessa court did not find

KIEV. 15 Feb. UNN. The explosives in the premises of the Kiev district court of Odessa law enforcement authorities didn’t find. This was reported to UNN in the press service of the police in Odessa.

“In the Kiev district court, located on the street, 3-b in Odessa, nor any explosives, devices or items not found”, – told the police.

From the premises were evacuated 130 people.

The decision on entering of data on the given fact in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations on signs of the offense under part 1 of article 259 (obviously untrue report on threat of safety of citizens, destructions or damages of objects of property) the Criminal code of Ukraine.

The sanction of article provides imprisonment for the term from two till six years.
