KIEV. June 18. UNN. The driver of a minivan in Kharkiv knocked down 7-year-old girl, was detained. This was announced by the Department of communication GUNP in the Kharkiv region, reports UNN.
“The driver of the vehicle detained as article 208 Criminally-the procedural code of Ukraine. Currently, a number of investigative actions and expert researches”, – said acting Deputy head of Department of investigation of crimes in the sphere of investigation of transport Alexander Umnikov.
Recall that the minibus hit a seven-year girl in Kharkiv on June 17. From the injuries the child died. On this fact openly criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 286 of the criminal code of Ukraine.
