KIEV. July 19. UNN. The Ministry of defence of Ukraine initiated an appeal of non-payment of rent for the trading places on “Manufactured goods market” in Odessa. This reports the press service of the defense Ministry, reports UNN.
“The Ministry of defence of Ukraine organized resolution of claims and lawsuits filed in the economic court of Odessa region on invalidation of contracts and the elimination of obstacles to use property specified physical persons-entrepreneurs”, – stated in the message.
As noted, since 2000, the defense Ministry has the right to use 50 outlets under the 20-foot containers on the territory of the limited liability company “Manufactured goods market” in Odessa.
By implementing this right, the defense Ministry has instructed the state economic Union that is in the sphere of its management, to sign on behalf of the Agency of the contract of granting the right to payment for the use of places with the purpose of filling the special Fund of the state budget of the Ministry of defense of Ukraine, whose funds are used for needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
During the execution of contractual obligations, it became known that some of the retail places unreasonable use of physical persons-entrepreneurs on the basis of contracts concluded with the state enterprise “TPK” despite the fact that the Ministry of defence had granted him such powers.
As reported by UNN, in connection with the accusations against the Chief kvartirno-operational management of the Armed Forces of Ukraine about the alleged “criminal irresponsibility” for the construction works in Odessa, the defense Ministry initiated the opening of court proceedings.
