KIEV. June 25. UNN. The Crimean Prosecutor’s office sent to court the indictment against an employee of the Kyiv customs for Commission of a corruption offense. About this UNN reports quoting the press service of the Prosecutor’s office.

As noted, we are talking about a state inspector of customs clearance Kiev, customs, who is accused of a criminal offense under part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine (getting an official undue advantage for not committing them in the interests of the person who provides illegal benefit, any actions with use of official position, combined with extortion undue advantage of such).

The Ministry recalled that in January 2018 was detained “an employee of the Kiev customs, who demanded and received undue benefit from the citizen of Ukraine for the free movement of goods across the customs border of Ukraine and the lack of action on the accrual of customs payments in the sum of $ 400”.

The accused can be punished with imprisonment for a term of five to ten years.

Recall, the Kyiv customs inspector demanded a bribe for the customs clearance of vehicles.
