ODESSA-KIEV. August 17. UNN. Today the court of Appeal of the Odessa region upheld the measure of restraint in form of arrest to the suspect in the brutal treatment of animals – part 3 of article 299 of the criminal code. About it reported in a press-service of Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region, reports UNN.
“According to the investigation, 37-the summer inhabitant of Odessa abused kitties at the request for several months brought home a concubine. Kids woman took from volunteers, finding ads in social networks. On account of the suspect in a violent crime also rape and murder”, – is spoken in the message.
We will remind, on 7 August, the court sentenced the man a measure of restraint in form of detention without possibility of bail.
