The court of appeal of the Odessa region overturned a measure of restraint for former defendants in the “part 2 may”

ODESSA-KIEV. 8 Nov. UNN. Today the court of Appeal of the Odessa region overturned the decision of the Kiev district court of Odessa about the remand Methodolo E. and S. Dolzhenkov. This is the correspondent of UNN.

Despite the cancellation of a preventive measure, the accused under part 1 of article 14 of part 1 of article 294 and part 1 of article 109 of the criminal code will remain in jail until the end of the pretrial investigation, which will run until November 17.

Recall, Sergei Dolzhenkova E. Nefyodova was detained by employees of SBU on September 18 immediately after the announcement Illichivsk court acquittal in “part 2 may” regarding the events in the Greek area. They declared suspicion under part 2 of article 110 of the criminal code of Ukraine (infringement of territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine). The Kiev district court of Odessa chose to the accused a measure of restraint in form of detention for a period of 60 days.

October 12, investigators of Prosecutor’s office of Odessa declared them a new suspicion under part 1 of article 14, part 1 of article 294 and part 1 of article 109 of the criminal code of Ukraine (preparation for mass riots and the overthrow of the constitutional order, respectively). The court re-elected for 60 days of arrest and detainees, in turn, has again filed an appeal against this decision.
