From the text of the resolution follows that of OOO “Synergos” put in Zaporizhzhya regional hospital medical equipment (angiography) at a price of more than 24 million UAH, while its real value was about 10 million UAH.
Thus, the court found that 02.12.2015 year from the account of the Zaporozhye regional hospital on account of “Synergy” under the contract No. 109-11ТБ / 15 transferred funds in the amount of UAH 24894941.
“28.12.2015 year, LLC” Sinergy “, in connection with the delivery of medical equipment to Ukraine, in the Dnipropetrovsk customs state fiscal service of Ukraine presented the Declaration on the implementation of customs procedures at import in the “import product” medical devices: Equipment that uses x-rays for use in medical, surgical hagiographic x-ray System INFINIX-i INFX-8000V INFINIX VF-i / SP. However, the results of investigative and covert investigative (search) actions it is established that the product is “x-ray angiographic system” with the installation on the floor INFX-8000V INFINIX VF-i / SP, manufactured by Toshiba Medical Systems Corporation, officers, OOO “Synergos” was actually acquired through attracted to the illegal activities of a foreign company “ESA Logistic GmbH” (Office Park 1, Top B02 A-1300 Wien, Austria) under contract No. 2015-12-02 from 09.12.2015 from an authorized dealer of Toshiba Medical Systems Corporation, Slovak company “InMed sro” (Klempova 2, 91701 Trnava, Slovak Republic).
Under the terms of the contract, the value of the specified goods, including their delivery and installation on the territory of Ukraine, is 401000 Euro (at the rate of NBU on the day of payment – 10133270 UAH), which is more than two times lower than the amount of budget funds transferred as payment for the same goods “, – stated in the decree.

Moreover, the court decision said that the company tried to hide the real cost of medical equipment.
“In the period from 03.12.2015 10.12.2015 for years, with the aim of avoiding disclosure of the real value of the goods and the criminal scheme of theft of funds, and the simultaneous implementation of the commitments – the repayment of debt to the company” InMed sro “ for the purchase and delivery to Ukraine of the above goods, LLC “Sinergy” has acquired a foreign currency, the Euro. In the future, through the correspondent account in PJSC “CB PrivatBank” on account of the foreign company “Medlogistics GmbH”, for later retrieval by the company “InMed sro” was transferred funds in the amount of 10596940 hryvnia as payment for other, previously executed contracts that medical equipment had been delivered.
Thus, the difference between budget funds in the amount of 24894941 UAH. spent for acquisition of the equipment in the company “Synergy” and the amount of funds (401000 Euro, equivalent to 10133270 UAH.) spent LLC “Sinergy” using the illegal scheme to purchase equipment at the actual price from an authorized dealer – “InMed sro” – is 14761671 UAH. that is especially large size “, – stated in the decision.
Therefore, the court held: “the appeal of the lawyers OSOBA_3 and SPECIAL_2 that act in the interests of the company” Synergy “disallowing”.
Recall, as reported UNN, the law enforcement authorities of the capital are investigating the criminal proceedings on the facts of implementation in different regions of Ukraine substandard medical equipment at inflated prices .
Thus, in the present investigation through verified information on violations by officials of LLC “UMT +”, PRJSC “UMT”, “Medtorg”, PE NPO DIKSION of Ukraine “, as well as officials of the regional health departments of the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.
According to the investigation, these commercial structures are imported into the territory of Ukraine of medical equipment that was subsequently sold at much higher prices, including in the framework of the procurement procedures with use of means state and local budgets.
