The concert Loboda need to cancel in the name of morality, – the head of the Odessa regional state administration
“In Ukraine there are worthy artists. A lot of them!”
The Chairman of the Odessa regional state administration Maxim Stepanov called to cancel the performance of the singer Svetlana Loboda on the Day of the city.
About this he wrote in Facebook.
“I have always advocated for rule of Law and the rule of law. There is no legal reason to ban the concert Loboda in Odessa. There is only moral position. Position in relation to Ukraine, those at war and those in captivity, who no longer lives with us, their children, wives, husbands and parents”, — he wrote.
Stepanov also compared the position Loboda with the position of Anastasia Prikhodko and Andrei Makarevich. The latter, according to him, “there is honor that they are not changing the money… And Loboda. Speech in the Kremlin, concerts on the First channel of Russia, the distribution of premiums on the RU-TV, performances at weddings and parties for Russian oligarchs. The money was above all of Ukraine”, — said the official.
“And I know for sure that in Ukraine there are worthy artists. A lot of them. Performances which would have graced the feast of the Day of our city. Let our city be a symbol of national unity. Odessa — the pearl! I appeal to the organizers of the concert – let’s support a great status in our city!” — summed Stepanov.
Recall the concert Loboda in Odessa is scheduled for September 3.
