The division of the energy holding DTEK, which is responsible for the production of natural gas and gas condensate, “DTEK oil & gas” became the owner of 16,7% of actions “Odessaoblenergo”, previously owned by VS Energy.

This is stated in the message of “Odessaoblenergo” in the information disclosure system of the national Commission on securities and stock market.

In addition, according to the report, VS Energy increased its share in “Odessaoblenergo” with 31.52% to 51,52% of the shares.

As UNIAN reported earlier, on January 16 “DTEK oil & gas” became the owner of 24.99% of shares in Kyivenergo, previously owned by VS Energy.

In early January 2019 DTEK announced the conclusion of contracts of purchase and sale 68,2949% of actions “Odessaoblenergo” and 93,9978% “Kyivoblenergo”, controlled by the owner of a number of regional power companies VS Energy.

According to media reports, the group VS Energy, which belongs to Russian businessmen, control of 10 Ukrainian power companies: “Kievoblenergo”, “Chernivtsioblenergo”, “zakarpatyeoblenergo”, “Odessaoblenergo”, “Khersonoblenergo”, “Rivneoblenergo”, “Zhitomiroblenergo”, “hmelnitskoblenergo”, JSC “Kirovogradoblenergo” and “nikolayevoblenergo”.
