The chief of regional Department of Gosgeokadastr Dnipropetrovsk region detained for bribe

KIEV. On 13 June. UNN. The chief of one of regional departments of the Gosgeokadastr in the Dnepropetrovsk area detained when receiving a bribe of 23 thousand UAH for coordination of the documentation on the allocation of land. This is reported by UNN citing the press service of the regional Prosecutor’s office.

Prosecution of Dnipropetrovsk region, together with employees of management of protection of economy of the National police in obtaining undue advantage exposed the chief of one of regional departments of Gosgeokadastr.
“13 June 2017, the person has received 23 thousand UAH of illegal benefit from the citizen for agreement on the allocation of land, including for the participants of ATO”, – stated in the message.

During a search of the car of the official, except of money, withdrew 30 thousand dollars. The US and 280 thousand UAH.

Now the official is detained. The issue of message him on suspicion of committing crimes under part 3 St. 368 Criminal code of Ukraine (obtaining illegal benefit by the official).

Pre-trial investigation in the specified criminal proceedings is made by investigative Department of Prosecutor’s office of Dnipropetrovsk region.

As reported UNN, on may 31, the official Derzeitiger Kiev region detained on a bribe of 200 thousand UAH.
