The Dutch government sent to Parliament a bill that gives grounds for prosecution in the Netherlands, all suspected of involvement in the crash of the Malaysian airliner flight MH17 in the Donbas. It is reported Bloomberg.

As explained by the Minister of justice, the bill gives an opportunity to question the Dutch court the suspects-foreigners, including a video, if it is not possible to extradite them.

Boeing 777 Malaysia Airlines, carrying out flight MH17 from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur was shot down on 17 July 2014 over captured militants of the Donetsk region. The tragedy killed all 298 people aboard. The passengers of the flight were citizens of 10 countries, the majority of victims (193) – nationals of the Netherlands.

The trial of the accused will be held in the Hague.
