The case of treason: published summons Yanukovych in court

Obolonskiy district court of Kiev issued a writ of fugitive ex-dictator, Viktor Yanukovych at the meeting in the case of high treason on 4 may. The agenda is published on the website of the Judiciary of Ukraine.

According to the document, Yanukovych should come to the meeting on may 4, 10:00 am.

Earlier, Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko announcedthat the first hearing on charges of Yanukovych of treason will begin on may 4 in the Obolon court of Kyiv.

28 November 2016 Lutsenko to Svyatoshynsky district court of Kyiv has announced a notification about suspicion Yanukovych of treason.

December 15, 2016, the Pechersky district court of Kiev allowed to detain Yanukovych and deliver it to the court, 20 January 2017 , the court gave permission for the correspondence investigation against the former dictator.

The state office of public Prosecutor has transferred in court business about treason fugitive ex-dictator March 14 this year.
