The Builder burnt “Victoria” is suspected of embezzling 40 million UAH
On this fact initiated criminal proceedings
The construction company engaged in construction of the burned children’s camp “Victoria”, is suspected of embezzling 40 million.
About it reports UNN, citing case materials.
The document States that the developer received from the Odessa city administration 46 million UAH for repair work in the camp “Victoria”.
The investigation established that in the future the money was transferred to ten different enterprises. At the same time, the Director of one of the enterprises stated that he did not sign and was not involved in the conduct of such work.
It is also established that during the tender for renovations was flawed.
On this fact initiated criminal proceedings under part 3 of article 191 (assignment, waste of property or taking to them by abuse of official position) and part 1 St. 366 (forgery).
We will remind, the fire on the territory of children’s improving complex “Victoria” in Odessa occurred late on September 15. The building where the fire broke out, burned to the ground. In the fire killed the three girls.
