KIEV. September 6. UNN. In the attack on the activist of the Odessa police opened criminal proceedings. This was announced by the Department of communication of the police in Odessa region, reports UNN.
“This event is qualified under part 4 of article 296 of the Criminal code of Ukraine. At present are primary investigative and search activities aimed at establishing the identity of the criminal, are set to eyewitnesses of incident”, – stated in the message.
Previously it is established that the victim came out of the entrance of the house in which he lives. However, after about 10 meters, he heard gunshots and received gunshot wounds in both legs. According to the victim, unknown made four shots, two of which hit him in the legs. The man was admitted to the hospital with “lacerations to the right and left thigh, a foreign body in the left thigh”.
We will remind, in the evening of 5 September the police received the message that near one of the food establishments in Odessa on the ground lay a man with a wound to the leg, which he received as a result of shots.
