KIEV. June 5. UNN. The police decides the issue of opening of criminal proceedings on the fact of attack on activist in Odessa. The case can be open under article “attempt at murder”. It is reported by UNN with reference to the police of the Odessa region.
“The issue of entering of data on the given fact in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations under article 15 and part 2 of article 115 (attempt at murder) the Criminal code of Ukraine. Measures for establishment and detention of the persons involved in Commission of the specified offence”, – stated in the message.
Now the victim is in the hospital, where he provided medical help.
We will remind, in Odessa once again attacked the activist. According to the journalist Natalia Usatenko, we are talking about the activist Vitaly Ustimenko. Now the scene works investigative team of the police. Circumstances of incident are investigated.
