KIEV. June 5. UNN. In the attack on the leader Odessa “Automaidan” Vitaly Ustimenko, the police opened criminal proceedings. About this on his page in Facebook wrote Advisor to the President of Ukraine in Odessa region Ruslan Forostyak, reports UNN.
“The attack on Vitaly Ustimenko opened criminal proceedings under article “attempt at murder”(provided by part 2 of article 15, part 1 of article 115 of the criminal code of Ukraine), the investigation is made by investigative Department of the police of the Odessa region”, – said Forostyak.
We will remind, in Odessa once again attacked the activist. According to the journalist Natalia Usatenko, we are talking about the activist Vitaly Ustimenko. Now the scene works investigative team of the police. Circumstances of incident are investigated.
As reported UNN, the police decides the issue of opening of criminal proceedings on the fact of attack on activist in Odessa. The case can be open under article “attempt at murder” .
