As noted, installation was attended by the divers and officers on elimination of accidental spills of polluting substances of the Odessa branch of ASPU, two boats of the Ukrainian Navy and the tug “Gaydamak”, delivering necessary equipment to the installation site.

The tanker had issued a distress signal in the evening of 20 November, when he was in the surveillance zone of the sea port “southern” (Odessa region). Later, as a result of bad weather, it belongs to the Dolphin beach in Odessa. The divers were evacuated three members of the crew.
