“Militiamen established that in late August last year, the militants of illegal armed formations detained the inhabitant of Stanichno-the Lugansk area while trying to get on the temporarily occupied territory in their own Affairs”, – stated in the message.

According to article 111 of the Criminal code of Ukraine, this crime is punishable by deprivation of liberty for a term up to 15 years.
