At the end of last week in Malta raged the strongest since the 1982 storm. The wind gusts reached 133 km/h. He felled trees, caused damage to coastal infrastructure, reports the Times of Malta.

And in the village of Xemxija, the disaster has led to unexpected consequences: the wind and the waves were thrown into the embankment on the road a large number of fish. Locals risk life and collected the catch. Some were washed into the sea, someone else went there myself.

The reason for this unusual phenomenon could be an accident on one of the fish farms, suggested one of the witnesses.

Soon beached sea bream appeared on local markets and sold for 2 euros apiece. After reports on the Internet, the authorities began to withdraw the catch, explaining that the use of this fish can be dangerous to your health.
