KIEV. July 17. UNN. The OSCE informed regarding the report of the German ARD program “Fakt” about the leak of data from the special monitoring mission in Ukraine, the Russian FSB, but without proper verification to comment or make assumptions will not. This is stated in the OSCE statement, released on Monday, reports UNN.
“The special monitoring mission of OSCE in Ukraine is aware of the report of the program “Fakt” (“Fact”) Working in the Commonwealth public-legal broadcasting stations of the Federal Republic of Germany (“ARD”), which will be broadcast on Tuesday 17 July. The mission is concerned about any possible breaches of security and intend to carefully study all applications in accordance with established procedures,” – said the OSCE.
CMM noted that the mission is doing everything necessary to implement appropriate measures for data protection.
“Without proper verification of the OSCE SMM can comment on or make assumptions about documents of unknown origin. However, the mission is concerned that the possible leakage can be a potential risk to its employees, jeopardizing the integrity of their personal information and their safety”, – stated in the mission.
Note that according to the information available to “Fakt”, internal documents of the OSCE observer mission in Ukraine, was leaked to Russian intelligence, the FSB. The documents contain internal incidents in the Eastern parts, beyond the control of the government, and the message of the Deputy head of mission Alexander hug.
In addition, the FSB got private information such as characteristics and location of the staff of the OSCE in Ukraine, said “Fakt”. According to the study of the broadcaster, the documents were probably handed over to Russian agents, one of the members of the OSCE mission.
