Ukrainian actor and showman Antin mukharsky said that he left Ukraine and intends to seek political asylum in one of the countries of Europe. About this he wrote on his page in Facebook.
His departure he explained the financial claims from his ex-wife of TV presenter Snezhana Egorova. They have three children together. Mukharsky, according to the marriage contract, must pay for their maintenance $3 thousand monthly.
According to him, the contract also had a paragraph on the possible revision of the amount, if to change his financial situation. In 2014, mukharsky began to earn less, but ex-wife did not agree to reduce the amount of alimony, says the showman.
“May 20, 2014 I went to Obolon district court of the original claim for reconsideration of the amount of alimony specified in the contract, and the determination of the order of the visits with children. But this claim is still not considered”, – says mukharsky.
According to the showman, decided to leave the Ukraine, he received the approval of the law on strengthening the responsibility of the delinquent child support and after it became the “main malicious defaulters”. While mukharsky claims to have no debts to children, but to pay “fictitious debts” from auctions to sell his property.
In January 2018, it became known that the property of Muharsky was arrested because of debt of 400 thousand UAH of alimony.
In December 2017 mukharsky came to the Obolon district court which had to consider his claim, in his underwear, and at the courthouse, stripped naked in protest.
