ODESSA-KIEV. April 20. UNN. Court of Odessa began hearing about the shooting in the Parking lot. About it the correspondent of UNN reported in the press service of the Kiev district court of Odessa.
“Consideration of election of a measure of restraint in respect of 13 suspected of committing hooliganism with the use of firearms (part 4 of article 296 of the criminal code of Ukraine) will consider the investigating judge Ivanchuk, V. N. and M. M. Tonkonozhenko”, – stated in the message.
Recall that the incident took place on 17 April 2018 about 18 hours of on-site Parking “OO Protection of Odessa”, located on ul lyustdorfskaya road in Odessa. At the scene police found a group of people in balaclavas and flak jackets, which ran around the top of the Parking lot and shot from a traumatic weapons. During these events, injuring three men. All of them were hospitalized. On this fact initiated criminal proceedings under part 4 of article 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. In order St. 208 Criminal procedure code detained 13 people.
