“Previously it is established that a group of individuals had a conflict in which the shooting started. One of the participants of the conflict barricaded inside the dealership,” police said.

The police said that the city introduced operational plan “Thunder”, – stated in the message.

As reported UNN, the driver opened fire on a road in Kiev, the police are looking for witnesses.
