Ukrainian political prisoner, Director Oleg Sentsov illegally convicted in Russia for 20 years of the colony, made the first phone call from prison to his sister. This was reported by sister Natalie Kaplan.
According to her, Sentsov hopes to be able to return to Ukraine through the exchange.
“I again tried to explain to him that political prisoners are separated from prisoners and this process does not apply. I think he still doesn’t understand. Very difficult call happened, although the relationship lasted only three minutes,” wrote Kaplan.
Sentsov is refusing visits. Said transfer and the money in the account it is not needed.
President Petro Poroshenko recalled Sentsov in an interview with the Austrian newspaper and said that soon four years as Director was a prisoner of the Kremlin and Ukraine wants it back.
